Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For framed and unframed prints replacements are only accepted if you receive a broken frame or glass or damaged print.  It must also be in the original packaging along with the invoice/bill. Customer shall inform Dessine Art about the damaged artwork, quality issue or wrong artwork within 3 days of receiving the order along with the photos of artwork showing the issue as a proof.

Dessine Art shall not be liable to replace the artwork or refund the money if Dessine Art is informed after completion of 72 hours from time of delivery. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    For Framed Art Print:

    (i) Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent using a traceable courier service. Please ensure you retain your receipt and tracking number until you receive confirmation that we have received your return. Contact our customer service for return instructions before shipping your item.

    (ii) For Framed Art, framing fees is non-refundable. Typically our framing fees is £12.00. So the final refund that you receive is final order value minus framing fees.


    For Unframed Art Print:

    For Decorative Wall Plates & Posters Kit:

    (i) Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.       Cancellation

      Our artwork is customized as per your order. The production process starts as soon as you place the order. We are unable to cancel your order after the payment is made and you receive the confirmation. However, we are happy to cancel the order for you before our production process begins, which is typically within 2 hours of you placing an order. In case you wish to cancel please call/write back to us as soon as possible, and we can let you know if the order can be canceled.
