Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides or contact our support team.

Can I cancel or update my order?

While we’d love to accommodate every change, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that window, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes or cancellations.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship to all countries within the UK and Europe.

What is the shipping policy?

Each of our frames is bespoke and hand-painted, paired with the highest quality prints, made to elevate your space, not just fill it. Because of the attention to detail in every piece, we typically ship your order within 5–7 business days.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–4 days, depending on your location and our trusted courier partners.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout if you are ordering from outside UK and EU.

What happens if I report damage within the allowed 72‑hour window?

If reported within 72 hours and properly documented, Dessine Art will process either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Which items are not eligible for returns or refunds?

Customized framed artworks: they are only eligible for replacements if they arrive damaged

How are refunds processed?

Once a returned item is received and inspected, Dessine Art will inform you via email about approval or rejection of the refund request.


Approved refunds will be issued to the same card from which the payment was made.
